- Apply Conductive Gel: Apply a small amount of conductive gel (or lightly moisten using the spray bottle) onto the metal patches of the left earpiece to ensure effective microcurrent conduction (current cannot pass through in a completely dry state).
- Wear Correctly: Securely place the earpiece into your left ear, making sure the electrode patches are in contact with the Cavum Concha and Cymba Concha areas.
